Orders placed through corporate accounts or direct purchase orders constitute a binding contract under British commercial law, governed by strict compliance with designated technical specifications.
Warranty claims cover manufacturing defects under standard jobsite operating conditions. Liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair of verified defective goods, excluding consequential losses arising from improper installation or misuse outside published manufacturer tolerances.
